TORRUELLA, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Roy Pizarro-Berr-ios (“Pizarro”) pled guilty pursuant to a straight plea (i.e., without a plea agreement) to conspiracy to commit credit card, bank fraud, and conspiracy to launder money. He now appeals, arguing that his plea was not knowing and intelligent and challenging his sentence. We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand to the district court.
