—Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed in accordance with the following Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.50 [1]), sodomy in the third degree (Penal Law § 130.40 [2]), sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.65 [1]), and sexual abuse in the third degree (Penal Law § 130.55). Defendant was sentenced as a second felony offender to concurrent terms of incarceration, the longest of which is 12V2 to 25 years.
