By this action plaintiff, a trustee under two deeds \ of trust, seeks the instructions of the court. On January 15, 1924, Hmma. Mann Wynne executed a deed of trust to the plaintiff, whereby she conveyed certain shares of stock of the Town Topics Publishing Company to plaintiff in trust for the sole use and benefit of the grantor during the term of her life.
