*303One (x. W. Campbell died in Warren county, Ky., and left surviving Mm a widow and seven or eight children, all of -whom were over 21 years of age. At.least three of his daughters were single at the time of his death, two of whom survive and are still single. His widow is also alive and unmarried. He left a will disposing of his property, from which we quote so much thereof as will throw light upon the issues involved on this appeal:
