Defendant appeals from a judgment that was rendered against him and in favor of plaintiff in an action for damages alleged to have resulted from a false imprisonment of plaintiff by defendant.

From the record herein, in substance, it appears that during a period of time when plaintiff was employed as a salesman by the Singer Sewing Machine Company, he sold on the installment plan and thereafter delivered a sewing machine to each of two persons.
