Charles Theodore Denesha brought this age discrimination suit against Farmers Insurance Exchange (Farmers), his former employer, pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 621-634 (West 1998), and the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA), Mo. Ann. Stat. § 213.055 (Vernon 1994). Farmers appeals from final judgments entered in the District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
