This is a certified question from the Ninth District. Upon an inspection of the record, we have reached the conclusion that the certificate should be dismissed. The certificate first gives a history of the transaction involved in the suit with much detail, upon which the pleadings were evidently based, concluding with the statement that the trial court gave a peremptory instruction to the jury to find in favor of the appellee $40,000, upon which judgment was entered in accordance therewith, and the further…
