Appeals by the defendant (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Jones, Jr., J.), rendered December 20, 2007, convicting him of kidnapping in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child, and imposing sentence, and (2), by permission, from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County (Hudson, J.), dated December 15, 2009, which denied bis motion pursuant to CPL article 440 to vacate the judgment of conviction upon the ground of ineffective assistance of trial counsel.
Ordered that the judgment and the order are affirmed.
