Appellee, Mrs. Marvell R. Neal, filed two separate petitions for writs of habeas corpus in the Chancery Court of Sunflower County. One was against the appellants, Lester P. King and wife, Verlie Neal Bang, seeking custody of petitioner’s minor daughter, Amy Delores Neal, six years of age. Mrs. King is a paternal aunt of Amy. The other petition was against J. A. Neal and wife, Zenia Neal, appellants, the paternal grandparents of Jerry Wayne Neal, petitioner’s child, seven years of age.
