This proceeding is brought by the Attorney General of the State of New York (the Attorney General or the State of New York), pursuant to Executive Law § 63 (12) and General Business Law article 23-A, to enjoin the respondents, World Interactive Gaming Corporation (WIGC), Golden Chips Casino, Inc. (GCC), and their principals, officers, and directors from operating within or offering to residents of New York State gambling over the Internet.
