“The grand jury of Miller County, in the name and by the authority of the State of Arkansas, accuse Peyton Wrig’ht of the crime of setting up a distillery, committed as follows, to-wit: The said Peyton Wright, in the county and State aforesaid, on the 5th day of June, A. D. 1922, did unlawfully, wilfully and feloniously set up and keep in possession a certain still and stillworm to be used and operated as a distillery for the purpose of making and manufacturing alcoholic, vinous, malt,, spirituous and fermented liquor, without registering…
