SHIELDS, Judge.
Leonidas G. Condos and Omega Enterprises (Condos) appeal from the grant of summary judgment in favor of Sun State Painting, Inc. (Sun State) and Jack Schwei-kert (Schweikert) upon a suit on a foreign judgment. The issue presented in the motion for summary judgment and on appeal is whether the Florida court had personal jurisdiction over Condos.
We reverse.
