Farmers Co-operative Insurance Company and American Indemnity Company jointly filed an action in the nature of an interpleader and for injunction against Robert E. Hicks, as trustee in bankruptcy for Manufactured Homes Corporation, Mrs. Stella Willingham and Jimmy B.
