Doug Boyce appeals from an order of the bankruptcy court granting the United States Trustee’s motion to dismiss the debtor’s case under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3)(A) and under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3)(B).

STANDARD

The bankruptcy court’s findings of fact shall not be set aside unless clearly erroneous. Fed. R. Bankr.P. 8013. Factual determinations are clearly erroneous only when the reviewing court is left with a definite and firm conviction that a mistake has been committed. United States v.
