Action in ejectment by appellant to recover possession of certain real estate, of which she claimed to be the owner and entitled to possession. There was a judgment in favor of appellee, from which this appeal is prosecuted. Both parties claim title to the land in dispute through one William Weaver, appellant, as a legatee under his will; and appellee, by purchase at a sale made by the administrator of the estate of said Weaver.
