Following the Jury’s verdict on July 22, 2010, plaintiff Kristine Thayer and defendants Eastern Maine Medical Center and Mohammed Tabbah all filed post-trial motions. Dr. Thayer has moved for a new trial pursuant to Rule 59 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on both counts of her complaint and against both defendants.
