Procedural Development of Case

On September 11, 1983 the debtor in this Chapter 7 case, Joseph Delma Racca, filed a petition to amend Schedule B-4 of his original petition, filed April 11, 1983. The debtor seeks by his “petition to amend”, to claim certain additional property, not listed in his original Schedule B-4 as exempt. The trustee has filed an objection to the amendment, the basis of which is, in part, that the amendment is untimely in that it fails to comply with the provisions of Rule 1007(c).
