Plaintiff wife, Anna Grober, sued for divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty, CL 1948, § 552.7 (Stat Ann 1957 Rev § 25.87). Upon *347completion of plaintiff’s proofs, the trial court granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint, holding that plaintiff wife had failed to offer sufficient proof to establish her allegation of extreme cruelty.

The trial judge, in commenting on the proofs presented, stated in part as follows:
