PER CURIAM: *
Plaintiffs Kenneth Anderson and Regina Brown appeal the district court’s summary-judgment dismissal of their claims for (1) improper denial of medical treatment to Kendrick Deshun Baines under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and (2) the negligent provision of clothing and other items to Kendrick Deshun Baines in violation of the Texas Tort Claims Act, Texas Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 101.021. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the district court’s judgment.
