Alleging that she has been discriminated against in the course of her employment, plaintiff, an employee of the Social Security Administration of the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW), has lodged complaints with defendants. Plaintiff seeks to restrain defendants from continuing with certain administrative proceedings which have been commenced in connection with those complaints.
