This case is before the Court on an agreed statement of facts, from which it appears that on January 6, 1916, William H. Swift, a resident of New Castle County, State of Delaware, and Eliza C. L. Swift, his wife, conveyed certain property and securities to the Pennsylvania Company for Insurances on Lives and Granting Annuities, by a deed of trust under the terms of which the net income therefrom was to be paid to William H.
