Before the Court is Kenneth Johnsen’s application for attorney fees. By way of background, Plaintiff filed a Complaint on May 4, 2004, seeking Judicial Review of Defendant’s denial of her application for disability benefits under the Social Security Act. See 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. An order setting a briefing- schedule was issued by the Court. Plaintiff received an extension of time to file her brief in support of reversing the Commissioner’s decision until August 16, 2004.
