PROCEDURAL HISTORY
¶ 1. A jury in the Warren County Circuit Court found Albert L. Brisco Jr. guilty of manslaughter by culpable negligence. The trial court sentenced Brisco to *1109twenty years, with seventeen years to serve in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and three years of post-release supervision. Brisco filed post-trial motions, which were denied by the trial court.
