This is an action to recover damages on account of an alleged conspiracy of the defendants to cheat and defraud plaintiff out of certain real property occupied by her as a home in the city of Portland. Plaintiff alleges that as a result of such conspiracy and fraud a mortgage foreclosure suit was wrongfully and maliciously instituted and her property sold to satisfy an indebtedness not due.
