Petitions for the adjudication of wardship were filed in the circuit court alleging in pertinent part that respondent-mother (hereinafter respondent) had neglected her minor children, B.T., A.T., and T.T., in that the respondent had failed to provide the care necessary for the minors well-being and had provided the minors an environment injurious to their welfare (Ill.
