OPINION

SAM GRIFFITH, Justice.

Relator Kerry Max Cook filed a petition for writ of mandamus in which he contends that an order transferring his case from the 241st Judicial District Court of Smith County to the 114th Judicial District Court is a void order. Consequently, he seeks a writ of mandamus to order Judge John Ovard, 1 Presiding Judge of the First Administrative Judicial Region, to appoint a different judge to hear this case and to prevent the Honorable Christi J. Kennedy, Judge of the 114th Judicial District Court, Smith County, Texas, from making rulings in this case. We dismiss the…
