This is an appeal by an attorney from an order of the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board (the Board) suspending his license to practice law in this Commonwealth for a period of two years. The Board imposed the suspension upon determining that the attorney had failed to comply with the provisions of former Part 6 § IV Paragraph 13(K)(1) of the Rules of this Court. Paragraph 13 was rewritten and amended effective September 18, 2002, and former subparagraph (K)(l) became designated as subparagraph (M).
