Rocky Mountain Bank v. Stuart

Douglas Stuart (Stuart) appeals from the judgment of possession entered by the Seventeenth Judicial District Court, Blaine County, on its order granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Rocky Mountain Bank, f7k/a Security State Bank (Bank), and from orders denying his motion to alter or amend and amending the judgment of possession. We affirm.
