A. -J. Lowther brought an action before a justice in Dod-dridge county, and a verdict of a jury was rendered in favor of the plaintiff Cor one liundred and eighty four dollar’s. No entry of a judgment was made in the docket. The docket shows that an execution issued on the date of the verdict. On December 31, 1887, another execution issued, which by the final action of this Court was quashed. Lowther v. Davis, 33 W. Va. 132 (10 S. E. Rep. 20). This execution recites that judgment, had been rendered April 8, 1886, for the debt.
