Reversing’.

On Sunday, July 28, 1929, John Coleman slew Joe Herrington. Pie was indicted for murder, convicted of manslaughter, Ms punishment fixed at two years in the penitentiary, and his motion for a new trial having been overruled, he has appealed.

He urges for reversal that he was entitled to a directed acquittal, that the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict, and errors in the admission and rejection of evidence.
