MANION, Circuit Judge.
The district court granted summary judgment to AutoZone on Tiffany Shaw’s claim that her supervisor, Donald Noble, sexually harassed her by creating a hostile work environment. While the case was pending on appeal, the Supreme Court changed the standard of employer liability for sexual harassment perpetrated by a supervisor. See Burlington Indus., Inc. v. Ellerth, 524 U.S. 742, 118 S.Ct. 2257, 141 L.Ed.2d 633 (1998); Faragher v. City of Boca Raton, 524 U.S. 775, 118 S.Ct. 2275, 141 L.Ed.2d 662 (1998).
