WILKINS, Justice:
Plaintiff Beatrice Wulffenstein sued Health Services Corp. (now Intermountain Health Care Inc.), her employer, and Deser-et Mutual Benefit Association (hereafter “defendant”) to recover under a group medical expense policy issued by defendant to the employer. The action against the employer was dismissed and is not before us. The complaint against defendant was dismissed at the close of plaintiff’s evidence, pursuant to Rule 41(b), Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff appeals that dismissal. We affirm.
