On two separate occasions appellant was brought before the trial court on motions to revoke deferred adjudication community supervision and adjudicate guilt.1 We granted discretionary review to determine whether the court of appeals properly held that due process prohibited the trial court from revoking appellant’s probation after the second revocation hearing, based upon grounds that the trial court was aware of, but did not consider, at the first revocation hearing.
