Plaintiff, Leonard Watson, a married man residing at 108-07 65th Road, Forest Hills, New York, .received in the mail, on or about January 26, 1957, a form letter from the Department of Welfare of the City of New York addressed to “ Leonard Watson 108-07 65th Road South Ozone Park, N. Y.”, demanding he support the child of one Ruby Wells, allegedly fathered by him out of wedlock.
