Defendant-appellant Julius Klausner appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Brieant, J.), following a jury trial, convicting him of four counts of attempted tax evasion, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201, four counts of willful failure to file tax returns, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203, and 19 counts of assisting in the preparation of false tax returns, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(2).
