— In an action, inter alia, to enjoin defendant from competing with plaintiffs, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 22, 1980, which denied his motion to vacate a prior “order and judgment” (one paper) of the same court, dated September 4, 1979. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements.
