Tliis suit calls in question the validity of an order made by tbe Bracken county judge at a regular term of tlie county court for that county, on May 13, 1918, directing the holding of an election for the purpose of establishing a graded school as provided in section 4464 of the 19.15 edition of Carroll’s Kentucky Statutes. The election was held in the territory described in the petition and in the order of court, resulting in a majority of the votes being cast in favor of establishing the school and the levying of an ad valorem tax, as submitted…
