Petitioner Anthony L. DiMasso (DiMas-so) appeals from a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (board), affirming the decision of the Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (agency) to remove DiMasso from his position as air traffic controller specialist at the New York Air Traffic Control Center in Ronkonkoma, New York. We affirm.
