Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County, rendered April 27, 1977, convicting defendant on his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. On April 28, 1976, one Mark Snedaker was arrested in his Johnson City apartment.
