FOR THE COURT:

HI. Kale Scott was indicted for one count of aggravated assault, in violation of Section 97-3-7 of the Mississippi Code, and one count of murder, in violation of Section 97-3-19. Scott appeals the verdict of a Lowndes County jury, which found him guilty on both counts. Finding no error, we affirm his convictions and sentences.
