This appeal arises out of plaintiff-appellant Anthony Bisciglia’s (“Bisciglia”) lawsuit against Kenosha Unified School District No. 1 (“School District”) and members of the Kenosha Unified School District No. 1 School Board (“School Board”) for their alleged failure to provide due process in connection with plaintiffs then-impending termination hearing.
