Hart, J.,
(after stating the facts). Counsel for the plaintiff insist that the judgment should he reversed because the evidence adduced by them made a prima facie case in their favor, and because the circuit court erred in refusing to allow plaintiffs to offer additional testimony tending to show that the delivery of the cotton by the railroad company to the compress company was not made for the purpose of completing the contract of carriage, but was made for the sole use and benefit of the defendant in order to preserve its lien for freight charges.
