In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of the respondent Town of Washington Town Board dated December 10, 1987, which granted a variance to the respondent Roderick W. Ciferri III, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Beisner, J.), dated May 12, 1988, which dismissed the preceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs payable to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
