Neeka Meneh (Claimant) appeals from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission regarding his unemployment benefits. Because his notice of appeal to this Court is untimely, the appeal is dismissed.

A deputy from the Division of Employment Security concluded Claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits because he was discharged from his work due to aggravated misconduct connected with his work.
