INTRODUCTION

The plaintiff, Lester Mietkiewicz (Mietkiewicz), is the executor of the estate of his aunt, Sophie DiPillo (DiPillo). Mietkiewicz brings this action against the defendants, James M. Galliher (Attorney Galliher), Edwin H. Howard (Attorney Howard), Brian F. Donovan (Attorney Donovan), and Bonville & Howard, Attorneys at Law, alleging that the defendants were negligent in drafting a health care proxy for his incompetent aunt which appointed her grandnephew, Yared Weaver (Weaver) as proxy.
