This is an appeal from an order made at chambers at Sapulpa in the Twenty-second judicial district of Oklahoma, appointing a receiver in an action pending in the district court of Okmulgee county in said district, for judgment on a note and to foreclose a real estate mortgage given to secure same. The appeal is by petition in error and transcript. The assignments of error are: First, that the decision arid judgment of the court is not sustained by sufficient evidence and is contrary to law.
