HAZEL, J.,
— Plaintiffs filed suit in the above-captioned matter as a result of a car accident between defendants and plaintiffs that occurred on June 16,1991. (N.T. 1/5/95 p. 32.) Plaintiff Harriet Williams’ husband was driving a vehicle in which plaintiffs Harriet and Tanasia Williams were passengers.1 There was a *101dispute as to whether plaintiff, a passenger in the uninsured car titled to her husband, was considered an owner for purposes of recovering full tort damages pursuant to the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law.
