— The appellees, W. E. Hall and wife, filed this suit in the District Court against the appellant, asking for damages in the sum of $10,000 for personal injuries to Mrs. Hall, alleged to have resulted from the negligence of the appellant railway company. The petition alleged, substantially, that on the 6th day of August, 1908, appellees were passengers on the appellant’s train going from Timpson to a station called Zuber, and sometimes Gary; that when the train arrived at the latter station and stopped for the passengers to alight, the operatives of the train did not…
