—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: We reject the contention that defendant’s conviction of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree is not supported by legally sufficient evidence. Defendant was convicted under an aggregate weight statute (see, Penal Law § 220.09 [1]), and his knowledge of the weight of the controlled substance may be inferred from his handling of the material (see, People v McQueen, 209 AD2d 995; People v Porter, 207 AD2d 993; People v Goss, 204 AD2d 984).
