This is an original action by petition for habeas corpus brought by Marvin A. Yoder. In substance the petition alleges that the petitioner, Yoder, is being unlawfully restrained of his liberty in the state penitentiary at McAlester, Oklahoma, by.Honorable H. C. McLeod, Warden thereof.
